  • Our party bus comfortably seats up to 30 people.

  • Our bus is equipped with grey vinyl flooring, diamond-stitched leather seats, built-in cupholders, vibrant LED lighting, a high-quality stereo system, and is designed for ultimate comfort.

  • Basic pricing packages are below but are subject to change during “special events.” All rentals include exclusive use of the bus, a professional driver, and fuel costs.

    • Monday to Thursday: $175/hour + 20% Service Charge with a 4-hour minimum

    • Friday: $200/hour + 20% Service Charge with a 4-hour minimum

    • Saturday and Sunday: $225/hour + 20% Service Charge with a 4-hour minimum

  • We specialize in a variety of events including weddings, corporate events, city tours, lake excursions, bachelor/bachelorette parties, birthday celebrations, and more.

  • We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for popular dates and times, to ensure availability.

  • We take pride in maintaining the highest level of cleanliness in our party bus for our valued clients. To ensure this, we kindly request that no food be consumed on the bus. However, we understand the need to transport food items and allow for their transfer through the bus as necessary. Alcohol consumption is permitted on board, provided that all clients consuming alcohol are over the age of 21.

  • Absolutely! Our bus is equipped with a Bluetooth enabled stereo system that connects to various devices, allowing you to play your own music.

  • Cancellation of the Party Bus rental must be made in writing to Company at least fourteen (14) days prior to the Party Bus rental date. The Rental Deposit is not refundable under any circumstances. If cancellation is made within seven (7) days of the Party Busy rental date, the full balance is due and must be paid. Special events such as school or citywide events must be canceled at least thirty (30) days prior to the event (“Special Event”). Any cancellation later than thirty (30) days prior to a Special Event will result in the full rental fee charge.

  • While we do not provide decorations, guests are welcome to bring and set up their own to personalize their experience on our party bus. We kindly request that all decorations be removed at the end of your reservation, ensuring the bus is left in the same condition that it was found. We ask that you discuss your plans with us in advance to ensure safety and suitability. This helps us maintain our high standards of cleanliness and readiness for all of our clients.

  • Yes, “Let’s Roll ATX” is fully licensed and insured, adhering to all transportation safety standards.

  • At Let’s Roll ATX, we prioritize your safety above all. All of our bus drivers have been thoroughly vetted, ensuring they have a clean driving record and a history of safe operation. We conduct comprehensive background checks and verify references to ensure only the most reliable and responsible drivers are at the wheel. You can rest assured that during your booking, you’re in safe hands. Our commitment to safety is unwavering, and we take every measure to ensure a secure and enjoyable experience on every trip.

  • The minimum rental time is typically (4) hours, but we can be flexible depending on your needs.

  • For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is not permitted on the bus.
